What’s included in the $500 Launch Website?
Everything you need to be online and taking inquiries: a website designed for your business, a mobile-friendly layout, a contact or quote-request form, basic Google search setup, your domain connected, secure hosting for the first year, and essential updates during that first year.
What’s the difference between paying $500 and Launch Flex?
Only the way you pay. Pay Once is a single $500 payment. Launch Flex is $99 down, then $39 a month for 12 months — a smaller payment to begin, in exchange for a little more over the year. The website and the care are exactly the same.
Is Launch Flex a separate website package?
No. It’s the same Launch Website with the same features — just a different way to pay for it.
What happens after the first year?
You choose. Keep website care going for $149 per year, move the site to hosting of your own, or upgrade to a monthly Growth System. We’ll remind you before the year is up — nothing renews without your say-so.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, your content, and your website are yours. If you ever move on, we’ll help you take it with you.
Are hosting and security included?
Yes. Your first year of secure hosting is included, and your site comes with a secure connection (the padlock visitors look for in their browser).
How long does the website take?
Most Launch Websites are live in about ten days once we have your details and photos. If you need it sooner, tell us on the call — we’ll be straight with you about timing.
What do I need to provide?
Not much: your logo if you have one, a few photos, and some details about what you offer. We’ll send a short, simple checklist — and if you’re missing pieces, we’ll help you fill the gaps.
Can you write the words for my website?
Yes. We draft all the text for you based on a short conversation about your business. You review it, we adjust it, and nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
Can I request changes?
Of course. You’ll review the site before launch and request revisions, and essential updates are included through your first year — things like changing your hours, updating prices, or swapping photos.
What happens when I need more features?
You upgrade whenever you’re ready — your website carries over, and we add the extras on top: automatic follow-up, online booking, review requests, and more. That’s the monthly Growth System.
What is a Growth System?
It’s your website plus the tools that turn visitors into customers: every inquiry organized in one place, automatic replies by text and email, online booking with reminders, and review requests — all connected, for one monthly price.
Do I need all of that when I’m just starting?
Usually not. Most new businesses start with the Launch Website and add the Growth System later, once inquiries pick up and following up by hand becomes hard to keep up with. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits where you are today.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Growth plans are month to month, and you can cancel any month. Launch Flex is simply 12 monthly payments — once they’re done, they’re done.
Do you only work with Arizona businesses?
We’re based in Sierra Vista and most of our clients are in Arizona, but we work with businesses anywhere in the United States. Everything happens by phone, video, and email — wherever you are.
